In order to keep our team and our shoppers safe and happy, we kindly remind our shoppers that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on any merchandise that has been altered from its original condition. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.

PLEASE NOTE: BARAMI is not responsible for items incorrectly returned to us. We strive to support our shoppers and we will do our best to ensure all returns or exchanges are handled properly and in a timely manner. Please be sure to note the correct return or exchange protocols, obtained during return approval requests, before sending any merchandise back for returns or exchanges. What is your return policy for new items?
New, full priced, item returns are accepted within 20 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, BARAMI reserves the right to deny all returns. Approved returns must be shipped, via traceable mail, to the provided return address obtainable via email. All returns must be returned in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, with all original tickets affixed in order be processed.
All lifestyle products, including face masks, are FINAL SALE.
Please note that we will need valid contact information, requested upon placing orders, in order to communicate returns, refunds, or other order inquiries. BARAMI is not responsible for delayed processes due to incorrectly provided contact information.

How do I return an item?
Email shop@BARAMI.com and include your order number for approval of your return. Please note that BARAMI reserves the right to deny any return(s).
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
Can I return an item that is on sale?
Sale merchandise, discounted up to 30% off the original price, is exchange only.
Sale merchandise, discounted over 30% off the original price, is final sale.
All lifestyle products, including masks, are final sale.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to make an exchange within 20 days of purchase, please email shop@BARAMI.com for prior approval and exchange instructions.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges incurred during an exchange.
Can I return accessories and/or eye-wear?
All accessories (including, but not limited to handbags, umbrellas, and eye-wear) are final sale.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will need a valid email address in order to be notified when the refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us, and it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
I received an incorrect/defective item. What do I do?
If you were shipped the wrong item, please contact our customer care department via email at shop@BARAMI.com. We will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
If an item is defective, please contact shop@BARAMI.com with your order number for assistance.
Do you refund shipping charges?
All shipping fees, including charges that may be incurred for returns, are non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.
Please note that returns must be sent to the correct return address, provided by BARAMI, in order to be processed. Items sent elsewhere will be returned to the sender. Return details may be obtained by contacting us via email. To avoid any delays, with orders and/or returns, please be sure to provide correct contact information in your order details when placing an order.
