In order to keep our team and our shoppers safe and happy, we kindly remind you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that has been altered from its original condition. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.
Our RETURN address has been temporarily changed, to better serve our team and our shoppers while we keep our stores and offices closed.

PLEASE NOTE: BARAMI is not responsible for items incorrectly returned during this time. While we strive to support our shoppers in any way we can, we will do our best to ensure all returns or exchanges are handled properly and in a timely manner. Please be sure to obtain correct return or exchange protocols before sending merchandise. We are always available to assist.
What is your return policy for new items?
New item returns are accepted within 20 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All approved returns must be shipped via traceable mail to the provided return address below. Returns must be received in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, with all original tickets attached to be processed.
Please note that we need your valid contact information, requested upon placing orders, including an email address, in order to communicate returns, refunds, or other order inquiries.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 20 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
How do I return an item?
Email shop@BARAMI.com and include your order number for approval of your return. Please note that we do reserve the right to deny returns.

Can I return an item that is on sale?
All sale merchandise, discounted up to 30% off its original price, is exchange only.
Merchandise discounted 50% or more is final sale.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to make an exchange within 20 days of purchase, please email shop@BARAMI.com for prior approval and exchange instructions.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges incurred during an exchange.
Can I return accessories and/or eye-wear?
All accessories (including, but not limited to handbags, umbrellas, and eye-wear) are final sale.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will need a valid email address in order to be notified when the refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us, and it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
I received a wrong/defective item. What do I do?
If you were shipped the wrong item, please contact our customer care department via email at shop@BARAMI.com. We will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
If an item is defective, please contact shop@BARAMI.com with your order number for assistance.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.
