What is your return policy for new items?
NEW item returns are accepted within 20 days, for domestic and international purchases, from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All approved returns must be shipped via traceable mail. Returns must be received in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, with all original tickets attached. How do I return an item?

Can I return an item that is on sale?
All sale merchandise, discounted up to 30% off its original price, is EXCHANGE ONLY.
Merchandise discounted 50% or more is FINAL SALE.
Can I return accessories and/or eyewear?
All accessories (including handbags, umbrellas, and eyewear) are FINAL SALE.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that you will need to provide a valid email address in order to be notified when the refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us and it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?

I received a defective item. What do I do?
If you were shipped a defective item, please contact our customer care department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 212.949.1000 ext 201. We will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.
